About The Sleep Nightly

Welcome to The Sleep Nightly. I am your host, the Night Owl.

I started The Sleep Nightly to help people learn about sleep, sleep apnea, sleep disorders or for those that can’t sleep, have trouble sleeping or just prefer to stay up and sleep very little.

I’ll do the best that I can to provide information only on the subject of sleep.

I live in Indiana with my family and tend to stay up a lot of nights way past my bed time. I like that time of night because it is quiet and I can focus on the things that I need to do.

I think that I learned to stay up late when I was in college cramming for tests and doing homework. Ironically, I never picked up the habit of drinking coffee to help me stay up but the habit of staying up late has stuck with me.
